Image Management Plan
1mage project managers can perform an on-site analysis of your existing processes and develop a complete Image Management Plan (IMP) for transferring them to an automated imaging-based system. The IMP is a useful tool for companies who want to have a thorough analysis prior to installing imaging, and can even be used as a decision-making tool to determine whether or not imaging is right for that company. We also can manage the conversion of your backlog of documents and train on the implementation process.
eBusiness Solutions
Moving your business processes and applications online can be a challenge. 1mage can work closely with your IT and/or Web staff to ensure that your document-management application translates quickly and efficiently to the Internet/Intranet. Image Enabling

Software As A Service (SAAS)
We are excited about offering software applications under the SAAS model. Currently we offer a program called V1A, a web-native software application that can be hosted either here at 1mage or through a 3rd party over the internet. The key feature of utilizing SAAS is that customers do not pay for owning the software itself but rather for using it on a monthly basis.
Installation
Setting up your operating system, image database, and archiving software are critical and often time-consuming tasks. Also, your scan stations, client workstations, image server, and optical storage subsystems all must work together cohesively and be managed properly on the network. 1mage can handle all of these matters for you in a precise and practiced manner.
Training/Consulting
Full and appropriate training often is the key to realizing maximum benefit from your imaging system. Whether you need training for one department or throughout your organization, administration or end-users, 1mage trainers will guide your staff through every nuance of the system.
