ZoëFetch is an application bridge that works with any other application and the 1MAGE DMS (Document Management System).

ZoëFetch extracts and passes information from Windows-based screens to the 1MAGE DMS via Zoë for the purpose of retrieving images.

ZoëFetch can be Executed in Three situations.

1. Predetermined data fields from a user’s window will be extracted and passed to ZoëFetch to retrieve images for predetermined document type(s).
2. The user can dynamically extract the data from any window to retrieve images of predetermined document type(s).
3. A user can extract the data either manually or from predetermined fields and search against all documents stored in 1MAGE to retrieve any associated documents.

• Access images from your 1MAGE DMS with data extracted from live websites
• Setup predefined data fields or extract data on the fly to
  search against
• Index local documents automatically by using data within the document itself as index keys
