All you have to do is power up the scanner and server and you are ready to begin digitizing all of your documents. The software is already loaded onto the server so there is no complicated installation process. Once you receive the bundle from us, you will be on your way within 10 minutes of opening the box.

• 1mage’s software takes advantage of Adobe’s PDF file format which allows for greater flexibility in viewing, printing, and emailing documents

• Utilizes virtual folders so that you eliminate the need to created paper-based filing structures that are vulnerable and susceptible to mis-filing or losing documents

• Prestaged categories and documents types which allow the user to securely locate all of your important documents quickly and easily

For an additional fee we are available to assist you in maximizing your use of the 1FileSB system. This technical support includes formal training, network assistance, and complete document imaging consulting. Our fees vary but generally run about $150.00 an hour.
