1PUBLISH enables users with specific security rights the ability to create a CD or DVD of searchable PDF’s. 1PUBLISH utilizes metadata from the 1mage Document Management System as well as your Line of Business (LOB) software to identify documents. i.e. categories, document types, keys, and date ranges.

The images are only copied on the CD/DVD and the original still resides on the 1MAGE server. Output File Types: XMP and PDF.

Easily burn your company logo or other information on the surface of the disc through windows authoring.
