1mage Release 9.2 will include the ability to set up a user as a member of a Group.  Group profiles will include document Type lists, Scanning and Indexing Queue assignments, and Default Tag settings.  By defining Users as members of a Group any modification to the Group profile will automatically be applied to ALL of its members.  Look for Release 9.2 before year end!

With the current economic state, we are doing our best to create products that help our customers utilize what they currently have in-house.  Our new 1SCANSERV product allows for businesses to use MFPs (Multi-Function Peripherals) to input documents into their system.  With the use of FTP ( File Transfer Protocol) the images are sent into directory structures that can then be accessed for indexing through your current method.  This solution will also work with low-cost scanners!
